About this program
Tokutei Ginou, or Specified Skilled Worker, is a residence status that lets foreign workers work in Japan with the same rights and pay as local staff. Our classes focus on two things: passing the JFT-Basic or JLPT N4 language exam, and passing the skills test for your chosen field. Former interns in Japan may take an accelerated route.

Requirements
- Aged 18 or over
- Senior high or vocational school minimum
- Pass the JFT-Basic or JLPT N4 exam
- Pass the skills test for the field
- Physically and mentally healthy
