From application to departure, here is every stage

You fill in the online form. Our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp to hear your goals and explain which programs are realistic for you — including when we think you are not ready yet.

Basic aptitude tests, a health check at a referral clinic, and a motivation interview. Results are given to you in writing.

Fees, rights, and obligations on both sides are written into a formal agreement. Read it to the end, and ask about anything unclear before you sign.

Japanese from zero to around N4 level, workplace culture and etiquette, discipline, physical fitness, and the technical skills for your chosen field.

Partner companies visit or interview online. If you are not selected, you join the next round of interviews at no extra cost.

Passport, Certificate of Eligibility, work visa, and employment documents are handled together. You continue attending advanced classes while waiting.

Final orientation, send-off, pickup in Japan by the receiving organisation, and a line of communication with our team throughout your contract.
